I do not recommend this company for driveway seal and coat. Worked with them on a drive in Chesterland OH last summer and attached are photos one year later. Did not make 6 months! Beware!
We have used other sealcoating companies. This company not only gave us the best coverage, they also went above and beyond. We needed foundation repair that we were surprisingly able to schedule on the same day as the sealcoating. American Sealcoating was not only willing to change, they were able to reschedule us for the next available day. I would definitely recommend them.

American Asphalt did my drive this year. When a portion of the sealant did not cure, they came back to reseal the area after I notified them of the problem. The crew did a good job and were very polite in checking in with me before starting work. Good Job.

This organization does what most do not do in today’s environment. They say what they do and do what they say! They arrived when they said and completed the work as described. Highly recommend this company!! They are reasonably priced as well!
